## Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of products by The Body Basics to consumers through thebodybasics.store.

### 1. Products

We sell beauty and personal care products. Products are described and priced on their respective product pages. Offers are valid while stocks last.

### 2. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping costs are added and shown before order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed at the price in effect when the order is placed.

### 3. Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.

### 4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

### 5. Delivery

Products are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch.

### 6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a **14-day right of withdrawal** from the date of receipt, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, sealed beauty and personal care products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, in accordance with consumer law.

### 7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Independently of any commercial guarantee, we remain bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French and EU law. Defective or non-conforming products are repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you.

### 8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

### 9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except in cases of death, personal injury, or where liability cannot be excluded by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

### 10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Mandatory consumer protections of your EU country of residence remain unaffected.
